You might be already know that the vehicle producing company Toyota Inc. recently issued a recall list 2010 for its more than eight models. It is also says that the gas pedals of Toyota’s eight models struck under the floor mats, cause acceleration and become harder to push down. In a normal routine, the gas pedals stay downward and come up with a slower velocity. Also reports says the problem mostly occurs in humid environment or due to the moisture in the mornings.

Here are the Toyota models which have been affected because of gas pedal problems:

  • 2009-2010 RAV4,
  • 2009-2010 Corolla,
  • 2009-2010 Matrix,
  • 2005-2010 Avalon,
  • Certain 2007-2010 Camry
  • 2010 Highlander except hybrid models,
  • 2007-2010 Tundra,
  • 2008-2010 Sequoia

Due to this massive recalls Toyota decided to suspends the sales of its eight most demanded models. It has been reported that Toyota has taken the decision to suspend the sales of its most leading brands like Camry, Corolla, Rav4 and five other brands in United States market. Also it was reported last week that Toyota evoked the similar eight mold relating 2.3 million automobiles. Toyota is also going to halt the production at six automobile assembling units in North America.
