Your website - your keywords - your contents related to your keywords, industry, relevant stuff.

Start with Title usually tags with h1

add with 2nd title h2
blah blah blah your contents. 
make sure when you balh blah blah you are mentioning your keywords. 

Meta: Title, keywords and Descriptions

Fill those out make sure they're relevant. Don't add vinegar to coffee it will not taste good.
